THIS WEEK'S REVIEW: VEGGIETALES - MADAME BLUEBERRY |
Originally released on VHS in July 1998 and later on DVD in May 2003, Madame Blueberry is a VeggieTales episode about thankfulness. It 's a loose parody of the novel, Madame Bovary.
Bob and Larry are the butlers to a very unthankful blueberry. She has lots of things, but she wants more! When the new StuffMart store opens, she thinks that shopping there and getting more stuff will make her happy! Along the way, she meets two people who seem to be happy, yet have so little. Will she learn what being thankful is all about? Madame Bueberry also includes the classic Silly Song, "His Cheeseburger."
Like many of the VeggieTales episodes, Madame Blueberry's DVD bonus features are just as entertaining as the episode! Be sure to check out the behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the episode, and the audio commentary from the creators of VeggieTales, Phil Vischer and Mike Nawrocki.
Madame Blueberry is one of the classic episodes of VeggieTales. It's got great animation, funny jokes, and a great message. Check out Madame Blueberry on DVD today!
